How much time does it take to complete the course?
The course is divided into 6 learning modules, each requiring approximately 1-2 hours to complete. You will be able to work through the modules at your own pace, but you can easily complete the course in less than a week and be on your way to creating your own high value mediation videos right away.
We do not charge any additional costs, but in order to create and edit videos you will need at minimum a smartphone, microphone, computer and editing software.
What software will I need?
We will be teaching the course using iMovie, which is free software that comes bundled on all iMacs and Macbooks. If you use a PC, there are other programs equivalent to iMovie that you can download for free or for a small fee. They will vary somewhat from iMovie, but the basic editing techniques and the formula for putting together your compositions are all transferrable.
